Comprehensive Functional Medicine Session
60 minute comprehensive examination and history session with Dr. Allen.
Your journey begins with a deep dive into the root causes of why you feel the way you do. Dr. Allen will extensively explore your previous medical records and labs you provide him and help you connect the dots to determine what might be underlying the reasons your symptoms persist. If additional information is needed, Dr. Allen will provide you with specific in home lab testing based on your particular case in order to to gain the information necessary to target the primary source of your symptoms.
Step 2:
Follow up session options
Once a treatment plan is designed, individual support and telehealth consults are planned as needed depending on your individual lifestyle needs. Dr. Allen will walk with you in consideration of your unique barriers and challenges to equip you with all the tools you need to be successful on your own. He will collaborate with your other heath care providers as needed to ensure your safety and the best results possible. Follow up labs may be ordered and re-assessed as needed.​​

Option 1 - As needed: After your initial session, you may have all you need to get your health on track and can schedule and check-in as needed.
Option 2 - 90 day plan: 1x/week for 6 weeks, then one 60 and 90 day follow up (30 min each session)
Option 3 - Specialized Care: 1x/ month for 12 months (45 min each session)

Mind Body Coaching sessions are available teach you the skills you need in order to manage stress and regulate your nervous system. The nervous system states we move in and out of each day are directly related to the biochemical mechanisms that support your digestion, your immune system response, your brain heath, your gut balance, and the list goes on.
